**Bright Eyed Blooms has a minimum of $4000 for full service weddings. What does full service include? Consultation, planning, design, rentals, delivery, setup & tear down. Pickup orders for personal floral (bouquets, bouts, corsages, etc.) is available as well if you are interested in this option.
